• 2026-2027 Fall Sports Tryout Information

  Any student who wishes to participate in athletics at 网络博彩平台 must have the below information completed annually in their Augusts Schools Health Account prior to August 1st.

  1. Annual physical completed by parent & physician on 网络博彩平台 Physical Form

  2.  Immunization Form (required for incoming freshmen & transfers only)
  3.  Medication Authorization Form (if applicable)

  4. Asthma, Allergy, Diabetes, Seizure plan (if applicable)

  All forms must be uploaded directly to the August Schools Health Account which can be accessed through your parent portal - paper or emailed copies will not be accepted. Required Health Forms Uploading Instructions

  August 19th from 3:00-6:00pm on the softball field. This is a make up tryout for anyone who missed the spring tryout. JV team tryouts are open to 9th, 10th, and 11th graders (all experience levels) with a specific need for bases and flyers.

  August 15th, 17th, 18th, 19th, 21st, 22nd from 7:00am-9:00am on Whittles Field Track.
