Tuition Policy

Tuition for the 2025-2026 school year includes a$500 non-refundablepayment ($100 Re-Registration Fee & $400 Tuition Deposit) for returning families and a $500non-refundable payment for tuition depositpaid at registration. Student fees of $445 for seniors and $105 for all other students are added to the tuition bill and paid according to the chosen billing option.
In accordance with Blackbaud Tuition Management enrollment contract and the School’s re-registration process, the payer on the student’s account is responsible for all tuition and fees for the entire 2025-2026 school year. Should a student withdraw from Archbishop Spalding High School, that commitment remains unchanged.No tuition will be refunded for students not completing the academic year.
All students must be enrolled in Blackbaud Tuition Management. Parents may elect to pay tuition monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually. All payment and billing inquiries should be directed to Blackbaud Tuition Management at (888) 868-8828. The unpaid balance may be paid in full at any time.
Students will not be able to receive semester grades or participate in extracurricular activities or graduation unless all financial obligations to the school are met. Payments made after the due date must be made by cash, money order, or cashier’s check and paid directly to the school.

  • Academic & Conduct Standards

    In order to maintain any type of financial grant (tuition assistance or scholarship) a student must maintain academic standards and appropriate ethical conduct. A student must maintain a minimum 3.0 unweighted grade point average. Any student who fails to maintain the appropriate academic standard, or the proper code of ethical conduct, may have any financial award withdrawn.
  • FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment

    Step 1: Navigate to theFACTS Grant and Aid Assessmentwebsite link (https://online.factsmgt.com/aid)to complete the online application.
    Step 2: Submit your Federal Form 1040 Income Tax Return, W-2 forms, and supporting documentation for non-taxable income toFACTS. You can upload documents by logging into your online account orfax them to 866-315-9264. Draft or Preview Copy tax documents will not be accepted.Please allow 2 weeks for your application and supporting tax documents to be processed beforecontacting FACTS.

    FACTS Grant & Aid AssessmentCustomer Care Representatives are available Monday through Thursday from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.

  • Prospective Students:

    The deadline forall students to apply for tuition assistance is Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Application deadlines are set by Archbishop Spalding High School. If you are applying after the deadline, please contact Mrs. Denise Mervine in the finance office via mervined@spaldinghs.org or call 410-969-9105 ext. 1226.
    The Grant and Aid committee review all tuition assistance requests.Notice of grants to new students will be made via letter in the Admissions Acceptance Packet.

    Annual renewal of tuition assistance for continuing students is not guaranteed; a renewed request for assistance must be made each year the student is enrolled. The Grant and Aid committee review all tuition assistance requests.Notice of tuition assistance granted to continuing students will be made through FACTS via email.
    If, for any reason, your studentis withdrawnfromArchbishop Spalding High Schoolthe award granted to that student isno longer applicable.

Tuition assistance is awarded to families based on financial need. Families re-apply each year if they wish to receive continuing tuition assistance.
