• Transcripts 
• Academic Referral Form
• HSPT Test Scores

A complete application for grades 10 and 11 will include:

• Online Application for Admissions
• Transcripts from previous 3 years
• Two Academic Referral Forms
• Transfer students will not be notified about admissions until late spring.
